Homebrew Recipe: Triple Malt IPA – APA?

This is a recipe that turned out to be a great beer.  I intended for it to be an IPA and it is *almost* there.  It has the bitterness and the aroma, but when I brew it again I am going to add another .5oz flavor addition around 20 minutes.  The bitterness comes through and the biscuit and toast comes through from the grain so I want to add just a touch more hop flavor.  This is only my second time trying first wort hopping and replacing the flavor addition removed just a touch too much of the hop flavor.
