WOW! As you know have had a few remodel issues. I know you’ll remember this room forever. Look how much you’ve learned about walls and studs and water pipes. I know thats not so funny. Gotta say once again how proud I am of both of you for coming through once again.

Whoah. I feel for ya little brother. Give me a call and I’ll tell you about the time Paul and I spent hours painting the bathroom and kitchen just to have it literally peel off the walls and cabinets the first time it got humid. Good times.

That sucks. That beats me screaming around the house trying to figure out why the new phone lines aren’t working, only to find out the telephone needs a ground wire.

That’s a bigger hole than I imagined! You two should sue the stud finder manufacturer for all repairs. Just glad it wasn’t a gas line!

That SUCKS. The wall looks just like our wall upstairs did when the electrician hit the water pipe. No fun.
